The conference MA2019 will be held by Faculty of Biomedical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague, situated in the town Kladno the middle of Czech Republic, approximately 25km from Prague. The Kladno is old town. The first written evidence of Kladno dates back to the 14th century. In 1561 the city rights were secured. Kladno was the historical birthplace of heavy industry in Bohemia. For years, the town was home to the Poldi steel factory. The mining industry began here in 1842. After the collapse of the communist regime, a series of Western European companies has established production in Kladno.
Bus: From bus stop Nádraží Veleslavín on Evropská Street. Buses (number 300 and 399) run from 7 am to 9 am approximately every 5–10 minutes, later every 15 minutes. Travelling to Kladno takes about 30 minutes. You should get off the bus at Sítná and cross the street. You will see a high building with a rugged roof in a foreground - this is the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering (buses and trains connection Prague – Kladno)
Car: Use D6 highway exit 16 (Velká Dobrá), than road 118 to Kladno. After arriving to Kladno and drive cross the grade crossing, take the right turn to Železničářů street. Then on the next crossing go forvard, and then you will see the Faculty of biomedical engineering on left side.
Train: The trains to Kladno are departing from Masarikovo nádraží, in Prague. Kladno train station is not far away from the faculty but better is to use Bus no. A29 or A30.
By plane: From international Vaclav Havel Airport use bus no. 322. You should get off the bus at stop Sítná and cross the street.
